The purpose of this research was to study what university faculty valued when working with instructional designers and design teams develop educational simulations. We did through a case three faculty, where we analyzed they discussed among themselves or communicated other team members about mattered them their relationships the processes employed. structured our report around thematic issues that expressed how participants depicted good processes. Our concludes discussion could use findings in practice.
